No above-ground swimming pool shall be permitted. In-ground swimming pools are allowed and require a fence around such swimming pool. The fence and pool shall be subject to prior written approval of the Design Review Board as to the design, materials, and location on the Lot.
Yes, on a mobile app and online service known as “Omni Anywhere”. The development and launch of Omni Anywhere ushers in a number of user-friendly enhancements that streamline communications and improve the association membership experience. Using Omni Anywhere, owners can still access association documents 24/7, and see account status (and make payments) very easily! In addition to the ability to use mobile devices, Omni Anywhere is coupled with a desktop portal, “Frontsteps Community”, and through the combination of the mobile app and desktop portal, owners can easily message Omni’s staff, and communicate with the Board. Applications for Design Review can be submitted online.
Fences shall be constructed of treated wood in one of the following 3 styles: picket, board-on-board, or three rail. In no event shall chain link or other metal or wire fencing be permitted. Unless painted white, fences shall be left in their natural state and shall not be stained, sealed or primed. No fence or wall shall be constructed in excess of four (4) feet above finished grade.
Long term rentals (12m+) are permitted, but shall be in writing and subject to HOA restrictions. No Lot shall be used for hotel or transient uses; such as AIRBNB.
